Blood pressure inputs accept the standard “Electronics for Medicine” connector and will operate with most pressure transducers. Temperature is measured with standard “T-type” thermocouple transducers. Columbus Instruments offers a range of pressure and temperature transducers for use with the Physiomex. Please contact us with application needs. Communication between the Physiomex and your PC is by RS-232 (cable included). Your computer should be running a recent version of the Windows operating system. Software provided with the Physiomex allows for the display of graphical and numerical data from each of the five transducer inputs. Derivation of Heart Rate made be made from a user selected input. Data may be logged at user specified intervals for later import by spreadsheet or statistical analysis programs. Features / SpecificationsMeasures and displays two (2) systolic, diastolic and mean pressures, dp/dt.Equipped with EKG amplifier. Monitors, displays, and stores EKG curve. Stores HR, BT, DP, MP, SP in programmable intervals. Isolated inputs (All isolated inputs have over 1500v of low leakage isolation to the chassis and computer connections.)
